Humans are counterattacked by nature as much as humans destruct nature. Covid-19 is an empirical evidence of the counterattack. In order to co-exist with nature and ecosystem, our thoughts should be changed first, and should practice minor things together. It is not easy to change thoughts and practice even minor things. However, we cant let the current situations continue. Nature can be called nature only when it is in its natural form. We humans should open a healthy and happy future for all of us. What efforts are necessary for us to maintain a sustainable ecosystem through the co-existence between human civilization and nature? This Forum is looking forward to hearing your opinions on this sub-theme. 2) How to Co-exist with Neighborhood and the Citizens in the World Humans have lived an economy-oriented life to date with a thought that economic power is the core factor determining the quality of life. Humans has continued the destruction of nature for achieving economic affluence. This has made neighborhood and other countries troublesome. Because everyone wants to be the winner in the ear of economic war. Covid-19 is changing greatly human everyday life and the pattern of whole life. Covid-19 does not consider the gap between the rich and poor and between developed and underdeveloped country. In order for me not to be infectious to Covid-19, my neighborhoods and the people of neighboring countries should not be infectious to Covid-19. No one is free from Covid-19. Keeping distance among people and wearing a mask are the measures of co-existence for overcoming Covid-19. Our wisdom is required for sustainable future. What are the measures of co-existence with neighborhoods for the human healthy and happy future? What is the way to co-exist the citizens in the world? This Forum is looking forward to hearing your opinions on this sub-theme. 3) How to Overcome Covid-19 The societal system is completely different before and after the outbreak of Covid-19. There is nothing that can be done according to the existing pattern. There was no ceremony of school entrance. This would be the same in the coming new semester. It has been a long time since we saw the faces of our friends. We are living without knowing the faces of our friends attending the same class, school, and department. As untact society continues, new standards (new normal society) are emerging. In accordance with this, our worries do not decrease, but increase. We need to prepare entering higher school and getting a job. Something is happening that no one has ever experienced. We are confused by sudden change of the scheduled matters. Our life is harder and more difficulty than before. However, we cant sit down here. We have to open a healthy and happy future. The basics for overcoming Covid-19 are to follow the rules to be followed together with compliance of personal rules. What are the measures for revitalizing everyday life while overcoming Covid-19. This Forum is looking forward to hearing your opinions on this sub-theme. Kim Tae Yun (Jeju Research Institute) The citizens all over the world are suffering from Covid-19. Anxiety is not reduced even over time. Covid-19 is changing greatly our everyday life. The global economy is already unprecedented negative growth. The citizens with a hard life by the broken everyday life are suffering double with a mental illness. It is known that the first outbreak of Covid-19 (Coronavirus Disease 2019) was from Wuhan, China in December, 2019. As of August 21, 2020, 22.4 millions of people have been confirmed to be infected with Covid-19, and 788 thousands of people died (3.5% of mortality). World Health Organization (WHO) has declared Covid-19 as a pandemic situation in March. Pandemic implies a world-wide prevent disease, is a criterion for determining if a disease has spread widely over two more continents, and refers to the highest threat rating among the six levels of infectious disease warning. The WHO has declared pandemic three times so far. The first declaration was on the flu (Virus H3N2) occurred in Hongkong in 1968. 15% of Hongkong citizens (500,000) were contaminated. In the next six months, it spread world-wide and killed one million people across the world (0.2% of mortality). The second declaration was on the swine flu pandemic (H1N1, novel flu) occurred in Mexico in 2009. The swine flu pandemic spread to numerous countries for six weeks, and killed 18,500 people (0.02~0.05% of mortality). All of these diseases are viral infections. It is argued that the cycle of virus breakout is getting faster. For example, Covid-19 occurred following SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome) occurred in 2002 and MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) occurred in 2012. It is unpredictable when Covid-19 will end. The development of Covid-19 vaccine is slower than expected. Even if a vaccine is development, worries about Covid-19 does not end. The mutants, which are more contagious than the original Covid-19 have been reported. Unexperienced and unpredictable matters keep occurring. Peoples anxiety is growing even more. Humans are the causes of viral infection. Because humans destructed nature and ecosystems and caused climate change. Viral infection is a counterattack to humans by nature and wildlife. Humans should restore nature and ecosystems and co-exist with nature. We should also find a way for co-existing with neighborhood and the citizens in the world. !LMNϺyfUfB/B$hhCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hhg+3CJKHOJPJQJaJ!h|iCJKHOJPJQJaJo($hhcCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hhcCJKHOJPJQJaJ.hh$~5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ"+hPu5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ"o((hPu5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ"1hho5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ"o(.hho5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ"MN $d$Ifa$gdb( d$Ifgdn]d9DG$WD`gd@d9DG$WD`gdXd9DG$WD`gdn]$d9DG$a$gdog m ʷyjU=.hhc5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ(hPu5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJhh| CJOJQJaJ$hXhXCJKHOJPJQJaJ'hky B*CJKHOJPJQJaJph-hXhXB*CJKHOJPJQJaJph$hhcCJKHOJPJQJaJhPuCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hhg+3CJKHOJPJQJaJ$hhdUCJKHOJPJQJaJ " ־udN;d(d$hh1TCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hh2+CJKHOJPJQJaJ*hhb(CJH*KHOJPJQJaJo(!hPuCJKHOJPJQJaJo($hhcCJKHOJPJQJaJ'hh2CJKHOJPJQJaJo($hh2CJKHOJPJQJaJhh| CJOJQJaJ.hh%*5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ"hho5CJ OJQJ\aJ.hho5@CJ KHOJPJQJ\aJ nbbb d$Ifgdn]kd$$Ifc4F p# Y R 0#6 44 caytoWw 4 r nT7$ & Fd$9DIf^`a$gdZ & Fd$9DIf^`gdZkd$$Ifc42F p# Y R 0#6 44 cayt%*" # $ & * / 3 4 E R q r s zzgzRBR+R,hhk0JB*CJOJQJ\aJphhhkCJOJQJ\aJ(jhhkCJOJQJU\aJ$hhkCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hhcCJKHOJPJQJaJhPuCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hhVCJKHOJPJQJaJ!hPuCJKHOJPJQJaJo($hh2CJKHOJPJQJaJ*hh9ECJH*KHOJPJQJaJo(*hh1TCJH*KHOJPJQJaJo(r A ~ ~~ & Fd$9DIf^`gdCb & Fd$9DIf^`gdZd$9DIfWDX^`gdX & Fd$9DIf^`gd$v8d$9DIfWD^v`8a$gdk A B K M } ~ ʷ}lʷʷYI6$hhVCJKHOJPJQJaJhZCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hhCbCJKHOJPJQJaJ!hjCJKHOJPJQJaJo('hh#CJKHOJPJQJaJo($hhCJKHOJPJQJaJ$hh*@CJOJQJaJ#hhl>*@CJOJQJaJ#hhV>*@CJOJQJaJ#hhMU>*@CJOJQJaJ#hh>*@CJOJQJaJ'hh@5CJKHOJPJQJaJ'hhV5CJKHOJPJQJaJ'hh5CJKHOJPJQJaJ'hx1h5CJKHOJPJQJaJ'hx1h 5CJKHOJPJQJaJ'hx1h@5CJKHOJPJQJaJz|#ȶw`I`I`/`I`I`3hhx15B*CJKHOJPJQJ\aJph-hhmB*CJKHOJPJQJaJph-hhx1B*CJKHOJPJQJaJph3h~hx15B*CJKHOJPJQJ\aJph(h~h5B*CJOJQJaJphhx1h@5CJOJQJaJ#hhl>*@CJOJQJaJ#hh >*Cϴ#V>*Cϴ&>*Cϴ(#7:崡/նٻ¶崡/նٻ¶崡/¶ٓg¶ٓg¶ٓgնٻ¶719;=橒e<*hA/B*CJKHOJPJQJaJo(ph%hhmB*CJOJQJaJph%h~hx1B*CJOJQJaJph3hhx15B*CJKHOJPJQJ\aJph-hhmB*CJKHOJPJQJaJph-hhx1B*CJKHOJPJQJaJph*h~hx15CJOJPJQJ\^JaJ#h~h5CJOJQJ^JaJ-h~hmB*CJKHOJPJQJaJpht !"%/2@AKNv襑scVcDc4chhs$CJOJQJ\aJ"hh"mCJOJQJ\aJo(hBCJOJQJ\aJhhYCJOJQJ\aJhhs$CJOJQJaJhhYCJOJQJaJ'hh05CJKHOJPJQJaJ"hh1S5CJOJQJaJo(3hhx15B*CJKHOJPJQJ\aJph-hhmB*CJKHOJPJQJaJph-hhx1B*CJKHOJPJQJaJphvо}k}R}@,'h^h{^5CJKHOJPJQJaJ#hh"@CJOJQJ\aJ0hh@0J@B*CJOJQJ\aJph#hh@@CJOJQJ\aJ,jhh@@CJOJQJU\aJhjCJOJQJaJhh^CJOJQJaJhhYCJOJQJaJ#hhs$@CJOJQJ\aJ#hhY@CJOJQJ\aJhhYCJOJQJ\aJhBCJOJQJ\aJ I n!o!8"""vdhd9DVD2WD^d`hgd5S & F Vd^`Vgd5S$ & Fd^`a$gd |6dVDWD^6`gdn] & F Vd^`Vgd{^ dVD^gdn] & F VdVD^`Vgd@ ( ?
